FAQs

Prices are for a Maximum hire time of 8hrs we normally operate from 8am – 8pm, we can do some collections later then 8pm or delivery earlier that 8am but a small charge will apply.
We have no limit on when you can book with us we advise booking either 6-8 weeks in advance or once you have secured a venue and date to ensure you get the products that you want, if you are wanting to hire our soft play structure we would recommend booking at least 12weeks in advance as this sells out very quickly.
Yes, we do require a 20% deposit on all bookings. This is refundable if your booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your event, or you can choose to transfer the deposit to a different date within 6 months of the original event date. Bookings cancelled after the 3 weeks will either loose the deposit or it can be transferred. In the case of bad weather, we will refund you the deposit or again you can choose to
transfer to a different date.

All deposit payments are to be made via bank transfer and balance is to be paid on delivery of items, this can be done via bank transfer or cash. Wedding bookings must be paid at least 24hrs before the day.
Booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your event, or you can choose to transfer the deposit to a different date within 6 months of the original event date. Bookings cancelled after the 3 weeks will either loose the deposit or it can be transferred to a date within 6 months from the original booking date.
Our inflatables are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, however in the event of wind gusts speeds being forecast over 20mph or above we regret we are unable to set up. This is due to health and safety and is also in line with the health and safety executive guidelines.

Please note legal limit is 24mph our company policy is 20mph.

If the wind speed reaches 20mph or above whilst the inflatable is on hire to you it is your responsibility to deflate the inflatable.

Our inflatables can be used in light rain showers however we have to advise that if the equipment becomes wet it can become slippery and will increase the chances of injury to users. Inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time if we feel that the weather conditions are unsafe.
We can do overnight hires inside however if this is in a hall, I would check with them for their policy on this, outdoor hires are not available over night.
Set up and take down depends on the number of items hired all set up/take down times can be found next to each item in the description.
Everything we own can be used both inside out outside, however the castles MUST be pegged down when outside NO EXCEPTIONS therefore we can only put castles up outside on real grass not artificial, concrete, or loose stones.
All sizes are listed on the description of each item so it depends on the items booked, we will need clearance around the items as well.
